2. When will my order

a. As an original with no editing, your order will be ready to
be ship within 2 to 3 days.
b. As an order that requires editing, your order will be ready
to be shipped within seven to eight days.
3. How much does it cost for shipping, and how long does it
take?
Shipping is free within the USA. All our prices include shipping
charges. We ship UPS ground and it takes four to seven days for
you to get your order depending on your zip code.
4. To which countries do we ship?
We ship to USA, Canada, Puerto Rico, and Alaska.
5. What is the cost for canvas?
Simply go to our order page select you product and the prices
are automatically calculated and displayed in description.
6. What methods of payment do you accept?

7. Which photos will turn into a good print on canvas or

We recommend you to send highest resolution images in .jpg,

You can scan your hard copy and upload to our website or email

per inch) resolutions or higher for best results.

12. Can I preview the digital editing before it is printed?
Yes. Once our graphic designer finishes editing we will email
you and await your approval. If for some reason you’re not
satisfied, please make your comments of changes that you would
like to be made and we will be happy to make the changes you
desire and send it back to you for a second approval.
13. Can I ask a special request of the graphic designer?
When you place your order, there will be a special comment text
box where you will be able to explain what your special request
is. We can create "magic" with your original photos: we can
combine figures from different photos into one image; we can
change the background, eliminate figures and objects, create
color images from black and white photos and even fix damaged or
old photos.
Retouching Services
If your favorite photo is less than perfect, ask us to retouch
it for you. Just select the retouching level then, in the
comments, tell us what you'd like retouched. If you're not sure
which level to choose from use your best judgment, then in the
comments, ask us to give you a call to review before we get
started. We will add your special request charges to your total
price.

14. What’s your return policy?
If for some reason you’re not fully satisfied you we will issue
a return authorization number for a full refund. It’s your
responsibility to ship it back to us.
15.How large can my image file be?
We process images with file sizes up to 50 MB. If your images
are larger, that is not a problem. Simply contact us to make
arrangements. We can also receive your data on CD-ROM or
DVD-ROM.
16. How should I take care of my artwork?
We would recommend the following suggestions to prolong the life
of your artwork.
a. Avoid touching the canvas or paper surface.
b. The artwork should always be displayed away from direct
sunlight.
c. The artwork should not be displayed in a hot/humid area (e.g.
above an active fireplace or in the bathroom).
d. Feather dusting should be the only way of cleaning the
artworks’ surface. Avoid using water or cleaning agents.

21. What is rolled?
We send your artwork rolled in a special tube ready for you to
frame.
22. Stretching Gallery wraps:
A new and popular trend is hanging a canvas artwork without a
frame, by having the printed canvas image stretched around
wooden stretcher bars. Gallery wraps means to allow for one inch
color bleeds on all sides of the artwork. Since the sides of the
artwork will have a finished edge, it allows the artwork to be
displayed without a frame. In addition, the artwork can be
framed later if desired.
